I am a Lean food manufacturing expert having spent 27 years within the food industry improving full value streams to develop supply chains that are suitable to the demands of modern customer sales dynamics.

Wayne has a wealth of management experience at all levels of a Business as my career has seen me progress through various levels culminating in the role of Group Continuous Improvement Manager for a large leading UK food company spanning all categories of the food sector. Wayne is experienced in Project Manager having managed projects ranging from Lean implementations to introduction of shop floor data capture systems using methodologies such as Prince 2, Prompt and Kaizen Project Management.

Lean techniques were adopted by the site team to deliver year on year double digit growth and became a focal point for the global companies change principles. Implementation of a lean single piece flow production line in a global fashion provider. Implementing the lean flow principles enabled the Business to reduce lead times by 83%, increase quality adherence to >99% with a product cost reduction of 25%. .
