Whilst working for the Manufacturing and Kaizen Institute I led a large number of in depth lean and management activities challenging historical ways of working and thinking leading to continuous improvement and cultural change programmes within a number of market sectors including Automotive, Food and Drink, Service, Electronics, Process and Engineering

Management Experience

5 years as Senior Production Manager responsible for quality, cost and delivery within an annual turnover company of £100 million, focussing on people, plant, parts and process productivity improvement whilst developing autonomous self managing teams.

5 years as Continuous Improvement Director within an automotive fortune 200 company responsible for lean standardisation and lean strategy in 32 ‘Just in Time’ plants.
